The AA had previously won the “best buy” award, but this year has won the new “Recommended Provider” status that replaces the best buy award.
It achieved a 80% satisfaction score , deemed as best in the industry.
Steve Dewey from the AA stated that they make substantial investment in training and equipment to deliver the best possible service.
